What you can expect...The process

 

-Once you contact us, we will schedule an appointment at our showroom.  This is a chance for us to get to know one another. We can get a better understanding of your project, hopes & needs. You can view our albums of past projects, request references and browse samples to get a better idea of what you might want.

 

-The next step is a visit for us to your home or project site. We will observe the space, take some measurements and make note on elements such as structural, plumbing and electrical.

 

-Shortly after our visit we will present you with a proposal. This will include the scope of the project, preliminary drawings and a rough estimate of the associated costs.

 

-Once you verbally approve the initial proposal, a written agreement is drawn up and a reasonable fee is collected. This fee will be credited towards your final contract price should you choose us to complete your project. This step allows for the creation of drawings and a rendering of your project. It is at this step that we will confirm measurements, and ask you to make final product selections so that we can provide you with final pricing and a written contract.

 

-Once you’ve signed the contract, things get moving. We provide you with everything in writing. You will receive a detailed contract outlining all of the specific terms of the agreement, and an itemized description of every step of the project and warranty information for our installation and the products you have chosen. If we are providing cabinetry, orders will be placed. We will work closely with our suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of your order. We will coordinate the installation process to ensure limited disruptions to your home and routine and timely completion of the project.
